Payments
A $500 USD deposit must be received within 14 days of registration approval in order to secure your spot in a tournament. Full payment is due 45 days prior to the start of the event.
Payment can be made via Credit Card using your Nickel City Hockey account HERE.
Checks can be made payable to Nickel City Hockey and mailed to:

Include your team name, what tournament you're paying for, a contact name, and phone number in case there is a question.
Stay To Play Policy
Nickel City Hockey requires teams and families to stay in the designated tournament hotel block.
No other rates, discounts, or reward points, (regardless of how acquired) will be allowed. No exceptions.
Failure to follow and/or circumvent procedures and obligations will result in removal from the event. In this case registration fees will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled within 45 days of the event, no refund will be issued. If cancelled greater than 45 days before an event, a $500 USD cancellation fee applies.
